The plan for today is organization. I plan to organize up all my equipment, then I have to get a summit picture developed for the ministry so that I get a certificate that I summitted. Then it will be a bit of lounging around the pool. I only brought two pairs of pants for around town, but forgot the belt. With the weight loss, the waist is now below my hips, so I improvised with a kata!
Here are a few more pictures of us on the summit. I will be putting on a slide show when I get back, I just don't know the details of when and where yet, but I think that I have a story to tell, and I am hoping that everyone will attend. Keep checking back on this site for details.

Lucille!

I am so so so proud of you! Miles and I checked your blog everytime we worked together and constantly kept each other updated about your progress. Your summit pictures are incredible and I'm so happy to hear you are safe and sound! I can't wait to hear all of your stories when you get back. Have a safe flight and we will see you soon!!

(P.S: Did they put your name on the wall at that restaurant Pat was talking about?! Free food for life?!!!!!)

OMG Lucille - Breathtaking pictures! Can hardly wait to see more, hear all about your adventure and mostly to just see you again!! I'd say we're all envious of the amount of food you can now consume, altho most of us wouldn't want to endure what you did in order to reap those rewards. So glad to hear you have a bit of luxury and that you are relaxing and enjoying....Be safe!!

Amazing pictures!! I'm still in "awe" mode. Finding it hard to believe that someone I know has made it to the top of the world. You worked hard for that Lucille, that is why you succeeded. I hope that I will be able to see more pictures and hear the stories when you come back.

Wow Lucille, these shots are just gorgeous and it's so nice to see you treating yourself. I can't wait to see your slide show and yes, you certainly do have a story to tell. I was telling Paula & Shell the other day that I have a new mantra it's "Lucille climbed Mt. Everest, maybe you should do SOMETHING today?", ha ha. Kidding aside - thanks again for inspiring me in so many ways. Safe travels home. Big hugs!!!

Lucille,

The pictures are awesome! It is wonderful to appreciate showers, warmth, sit down toilets and the things we take for granted. Glad you're safe in Katmandu. Hugs, Janie

Unfrickinbelievable Lucille! Looks like the view out of an airplane window!! We are all so proud of you and can't wait for the slide show, although, please wait until June...I'm not back from holidays until June 1 :)

Enjoy your down time, your toilet, your shower and all the other luxuries you've missed. Have a safe trip home and big hugs are waiting for you upon your return!

Love and Hugs

Great summit picture Lucille. I look forward to hearing about your climb and seeing your slide show when you get back. I am sure you must feel like you are in heaven right now at the hotel after all the rigours of camp life and your climb to the summit.

Wishing you a safe journey home. Hopefully, Ted will have a big bouquet of roses for you when you get home and spoil you with all the things you enjoy. Happy aniversary. Love and Hugs to you both. Shawna
