Here is an interesting world geography lesson exercise. If you do not already have Google Earth installed on your computer, then install it. You can download Google Earth here
Next, click on the Google Earth link beside the name of your school below, and find your school on the map.
Now zoom out, and out a little bit more, until you see all of North America and the globe shape of the earth.
Now, Fly to the Mt. Everest Summit by Clicking Here.
Now you know where Mt. Everest is in relation to your school. You can even tilt and rotate the map and see a 3D version of the area. After that, you can fly back to your school, and then see if you can find your house.
